I refresh that page often to ensure I have active links to click on.
The other page is the Ad page itself. I keep this open in a distinct window to allow myself to pursue other tasks while the Ad timer progresses. Use the page generated with your first click of the day and tear the TAB away (I use Firefox or Chrome). Further clicks will simply appear in this window for your session.
